The gift card is not a legal tender or replacement of credit / debit card This card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque The holder of this card is deemed to be the beneficiary This Gift Card is valid at only at Giva.co E-Commerce Portal www.giva.co This card cannot be redeemed at offline retail Outlets, any other multi brand or departmental stores or any other marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Paytm etc. for purchase of Giva.co products
2. The validity of the Giva.co Gift Card will be for One Year I.e. 365 days from date of activation (purchase) of card Maximum of five gift cards can be redeemed against single invoice No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced Gift Card.
3. Any dispute or redemption issues should be referred to Giva.co customer support (Contact Details) and the decision of the company shall be final
4. All disputes must be referred to Bangalore Jurisdiction only E-Gift cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.

4. In case of the total bill value goes higher that GC Redemption value, customer is requested to opt for other mode of payment like credit / debit / wallet etc. for balance payment
